Job Title: Senior Content Writer

Location: Gurugram

Position Summary:

As a Content Writer at the company, you will develop understanding on the product and core brand positioning based on which you will create both long-form and short-form content across the various channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop long-form content such as whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, and case studies.

- Write and edit thought leadership articles, LinkedIn posts, and social media content tailored for professional and consumer audiences.

- Create concise and impactful ad copy for platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

- Draft scripts for webinars, product videos, and in-app messages to enhance user engagement.

- Prepare newsletters, email campaigns, and sales collaterals, including brochures and presentations.

- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure technical accuracy in product-related content.

- Partner with SEO agency to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.

- Coordinate with PR and video content agencies to maintain consistent messaging across platforms.

- Mentor junior writers and provide guidance to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance content performance.

- Analyze content metrics and use insights to refine future content.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to propose fresh content ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of proven experience in content writing for Enterprise IT/SaaS products.

- Excellent writing and editing abilities with strong grammar and style to cater Europe and US markets.

- Ability to write 360-degree content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emails, ads, and social media.

- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C content creation, including audience-specific tone and style.

- Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and content performance tracking.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity, password management, or identity management is a plus.
