Research and Development:

- Conduct thorough research on ERP, CRM, and business applications, market trends, and competitive. landscapes to create insightful, relevant, and valuable content.

Industry-specific Content:

- Develop high-quality content tailored to the ERP, CRM, and business applications, including whitepapers, reports, articles, and guides that demonstrate our expertise.

Content Creation:

- Write engaging and informative blogs, case studies, website content, and social media content to. engage our B2B and B2C target audiences in the United States and European Union markets.

- Secondary Responsibilities:

- Updating website content as needed.

- Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

- Conducting simple keyword research in accordance with the SEO team to increase web traffic.

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify content ideas relevant to the domain and our TG.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the ERP domain.

- Knowledge of ERP and CRM concepts, processes, and systems.

- Exceptional research skills and the ability to translate complex information into easy to understand content.

- Proficiency in writing for both B2B and B2C audiences, with an understanding of the nuances of each market.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
