About the Role:
We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Content Writer to lead our content strategy and execution in the fast-evolving AdTech space. This role goes beyond writing - we need a strategic storyteller who can craft compelling, data-driven content that fuels brand growth, positions us as a thought leader, and drives lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Leadership: Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy tailored to our B2B AdTech audience, supporting brand awareness, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
- High-Impact Content Creation: Write and oversee diverse content formats - blogs, whitepapers, website copy, video scripts, sales collaterals, case studies, and thought leadership content - ensuring each piece delivers value and fuels engagement.
- Market & Audience Insight: Translate complex AdTech concepts (programmatic advertising, performance marketing, data analytics, AI, etc.) into clear, persuasive content for decision-makers, marketers, and tech-savvy audiences.
- SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to maximize content reach and organic traffic, while tracking performance metrics to refine strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports product launches, lead nurturing campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong, authoritative brand voice across all platforms - positioning the company as an industry innovator and problem-solver.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of proven content writing experience in B2B marketing - preferably within AdTech, Martech, or Performance Marketing sectors.
- Strong grasp of AdTech concepts like programmatic, data-driven marketing, performance campaigns, DSPs, SSPs, retargeting, and emerging trends.
- Strategic mindset - ability to align content with marketing objectives, sales enablement, and lead generation.
- SEO expertise - keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills - with a flair for transforming technical jargon into compelling, value-driven narratives.
- Project leadership - experience overseeing content calendars, managing external writers (if needed), and working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Bonus Points:
- Experience creating content for international markets or multi-language campaigns.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and AI-powered content platforms.
- Ability to create multimedia content like video scripts, infographics, or podcasts.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret content performance metrics and optimize strategies.
