The Consulting and Valuation Group (CG) is a specialized advisory practice that undertakes assignments across a wide variety of real estate assets and works for a broad spectrum of private and public-sector clients.

CG's portfolio of services includes :

- Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analysis, Market Analyses, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, Entry Strategies

- Specialized studies such as tenancy mapping, workplace strategy, marketing strategy, healthcare advisory, operational efficiency optimization, etc.

- Financial Structuring, Privatization, Public-Private partnerships

- Valuation exercises for portfolios/ single assets across real estate segments utilizing various methodologies : Direct Capitalization, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.

- The above services are offered in the areas of IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Urban Infrastructure, Townships, Airport and MRT related real estate, Industrial Parks, SEZ's, Hospitals, Residential

- Preparing valuation and advisory reports for clients

- Working on financial models (DCF & Residual approach)

- Keeping abreast of the real estate market through primary and secondary research

- Interacting with clients/prospective clients on a regular basis (for ongoing mandates as well as business development)

- Responding to RFPs

- Blending in a team environment

- Analyses past revenue and expense performance and projects a stabilized operating statement with significant input from Senior Management

- Contributes to overall organizational goals by adding to the database, setting up a library, specializing in niche real estate markets, mentoring trainees, and engaging in client development.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Educational Qualifications & Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in Real Estate industry

- MBA/PGDM from a recognized university.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

- Ability to effectively present information.

- Requires average knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles.

- Basic understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.

- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.

- Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Good writing skills.
