Job Description:
- You will be working as part of the Delivery team which closely works with clients on their growth journey to help align the organisation to the pillars of growth.
- You will be responsible for planning and execution of transformation projects where we look to align the processes and people to a new way of working anchored to the organisation's strengths and vision.
- You will design the program to ensure that there are regular deliverables with measurable milestones which will help leadership see meaningful progress which lead to better business outcomes.
- Monitoring & managing engagements to ensure that the client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are delivered in a timely manner
What does this role entail?
A. Designing the engagement program
- Liaison with the delivery team and help define the scope and deliverables for the engagement.
- Map out the resources and timelines for the project.
- Basis deliverables & assumptions arrive at the budget for the engagement.
- Get internal buy-in for the project plan and costs.
- Get buyin from the client by presenting a detailed project plan and ensure sign off and stakeholder assignment from both client side and at company .
B. Resource planning and stakeholder management
- Map internal and external resources for each engagement.
- Engage with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the client's organisation.
- Identify, onboard and manage external partners that are needed to deliver projects
C. Change management
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and usage of new processes and ways of working.
- Ensure faster adoption, enable proficiency and utilization of the change in daily work with leads to employees being able to directly impact business goals.
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Ensure feedback mechanisms are in place to monitor and report on the transition and accurate data for ensuring that deliverables are mapped.
D. Project management
- Manage communications both internally among the project team and externally to the client and ensure no gap or lapse in flow of information.
- Ensure that all deliverables are delivered as per the committed & contracted timelines.
- Monitor all aspects of the program, anticipate any potential roadblocks and draw mitigation plans to resolve them.
E. Enable Communication
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
F. Reporting and Client Management
- Develop and present regular reports to internal and client sponsors to track the engagement delivery
- Regularly engage with client to ensure that the engagement is progressing as per the clients expectation
- Get buy-in from Client on course correction and evolution of the engagement plan when there is a mismatch to ensure that end objectives are being met

- You will have good client management skills being able to quickly build credibility and a meaningful relationship with clients.

- Good listener with excellent interpersonal skills being able to effectively engage with CXOs to people on the shop floor (as needed)
- Good written and verbal communication and will have an eye for detail.
- You would have spent 5 to 8 years making a meaningful impact in engagement for multiple clients with experience in change management, strategy design and execution, organisation alignment, leadership development, Employer branding, marketing and communications, Managing multiple stakeholders.
What will you know already?
You will have a sound knowledge of Change management, Organisation Development, Strategy, Business, Workshopping Capabilities, Process development, Communication & Branding and project management.
