Our Client is one of the well known Investment Banking firms in Bengaluru.  The right candidate should have over 7 years of L&D, training experience.  Consults with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy.  Develops and implements complex programs that support individual and organizational performance that are aligned with Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs.  Designs and implements proactive communication plans to ensure that learning and development initiatives are communicated effectively to global audiences.  Evaluates and presents training solutions to identify areas for improvement, and maintains highest quality delivery.  Identifies, evaluates, and incorporates learning development vehicles, tools or programs developed by other organizations or vendors into external process and external services. Recommends purchase of programs to management, as appropriate.  Facilitates/conducts learning and training solutions.  Acts as project manager for major, complex and high-profile learning and development initiatives.  Keeps abreast of learning and development best practices and introduces them to company.
