- Job Evaluation & Job Grading
- Annual Comp & Incentive Review
- Ensure effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, Total Rewards tools & accelerators (Benchmarking tools), methodologies to enhance Total Rewards
- Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas
- Compensation
- Drive development of compensation philosophy in alignment with organization's strategy
- Lead assessment of compensation structure, pay mix and market positioning and discuss recommendations with global clients
- Design and implement the Flexi Reward Framework across different employee generations ensuring alignment and consistency in rewards policy & framework
- Design Pay Ranges based on reward philosophy and qualitative inputs from compensation benchmarking exercise for both Management and Non-Management Levels
- Conduct job matching, benchmarking and to develop pay bands.
- Review client's variable pay plans, analyze market best practices, conduct cost impact analysis and propose design modifications in alignment with the key imperatives.

- Research and analyze salary components, trends, and benefits offered by peer comparators
- Provide advisory support in designing special policies for clients
- Responsible for end to end design and management of all employee-related benefits and policies
- Design, communicate and continuously improve employee benefits/policies
- Formulate automation of benefits and conduct User Acceptance Testing for client systems
- Benchmarking
- Conduct market benchmarking exercise on compensation and benefits, and assist clients to define their market positioning strategy
