Essential Functions of the Job:

HCM Cloud Consultants will work with our clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies. Consultants engage in large, complex engagements help enable HR organizational change for our clients. Consultants will have daily client interaction.

Our Consulting professionals function as integrators, bringing together process and technology solutions to solve business issues. Consultants analyze and diagnose client needs and develop strategies for solutions. They gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

- Presentation and explanation of Oracle Cloud functionality

- Make recommendations and solutions for configuration and design

- Troubleshoot issues and share best practices

- Perform business process analysis

- Solve complex business issues with implementation of creative solutions

Required Skills:

- Excellent knowledge/experience of Taleo and related modules with proven project delivery through full lifecycle from requirements through deployment/support

- Functional knowledge of Taleo including online configurations, with technical understand of the Taleo architecture (e.g. zones)

- Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs and to provide developers with support

- 3+ years' experience of Taleo implementations or optimizations with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle

- Ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements

- Ability to identify risk, work with Project Managers to mitigate issues and escalate issues as appropriate

- Superior customer service skills, outgoing personality and effective communication skills

- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

- Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

- 5+ years' experience with Taleo Business Edition configuration with Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Learn desired

- Superior customer service skills, outgoing personality and effective communication skills

- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

Preferred Skills:

- 5+ years' corporate experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management a plus

- 4 or more full life cycles including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support

- Strong understanding of business processes within HR

- Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements

- Ability to use and adhere to project methodology
