Senior Consultant - Talent Advisory, Gurgaon/Mumbai
Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead large-scale talent transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to assume operational responsibility and accountability for projects, generate ideas to expand current service offerings, and identify new business opportunities. More specifically, the successful candidate should be able to deliver and focus on following areas:
Client Development
- Responsible for independently leading client conversations in the core areas of Leadership Development, Assessments, Talent Management, Culture and Engagement and HR Advisory
- Driving and building sustainable client relationships for the practice by leveraging own solution expertise and linkage to other areas of work - focusing on account expansions and renewals
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, works with clients on solutions leveraging own functional capability and using data backed insights
- Responsible for building, reviewing proposals and making senior stakeholder client presentations Project Management
- Responsible for leading end to end delivery in terms of quality and timelines for mid and large-scale client projects
- Owns project financials in terms of revenues and profitability
- Predominant areas of work to be around creation of competency frameworks, design and administration of development centers, conducting assessments, design and facilitation of leadership and managerial modules for leaders, talent reviews, succession planning, deployment of engagement surveys, culture interventions, integrating talent management processes in the organizations and other talent areas
- Also responsible for leading integrated projects across two or more of the above mentioned areas
Practice Development Initiatives
- Work on design, solutioning and conceptualization of practice and market level initiatives and projects
- Responsible to contribute for revenue, sales, collections and other process metrics for the practice
Team Management
- Ability to lead a team of consultants in the capacity of manager/project manager
- Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants across the practice

Education:
Preferably MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School; Post Graduates from a relevant field (such as Psychology) may also apply
Work Experience: 7+ Years of experience
Preferred experience: Human Capital Consulting/CoE role in Talent Management, Learning, OD, Culture, Engagement
Travel: 20-25% travel outside and work at client locations
