Sr. Consultant (Strategy)

- Hiring for India's premier integrated Political consulting firm specialising in building data driven 360-degree election campaigns. We help our clients with strategic advice and implementation which brings together in-depth ground intelligence and data backed insights into a holistic electoral campaign. Our campaign initiatives include grassroots campaign, stakeholder alignment, high-octane narrative defining events, social media amplification, policy suggestions, and effective multi-media strategy and campaigns.

Current team size - ~300

- In the current role, Political Strategist, will involve donning the consulting hat for the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). The candidate will work closely with the office of former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to help formulate and execute relevant political, organizational, communications, and narrative strategy. The role demands maintenance of confidentiality and display of exemplary client management skills. While this position is based out of our Hyderabad office, candidates may be required to extensively travel from time to time.

Responsibilities :

Help the client win - Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities as required

Facilitate good decisions - Organize and prioritize critical issues and relevant information for the client to facilitate efficient decision-making

Organize inputs - Effectively collate, process, and present information received from various teams for client consumption

Project Management - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance

Stakeholder management - Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions in order to influence outcomes

Requirements :

Must have :

- Minimum degree from a Tier 1 academic institution

- Prior experience in Strategy Consultancy is required

- Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and G Suite (Exceptional presentation/deck making skills are required)

- Interest in politics is mandatory. Sharp understanding of the local political landscape is a must

Good to have :

- 2+ years of work experience in critical, fast paced projects

- Possess high-quality problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to propose practical solutions for issues

- Have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage
