Senior Consultant - S&O - General Management - IIM/ISB/XLRI

Service Line Level Skill(s) / Experience Qualification :

S&O - General Management Senior Consultant - Candidate with 3-5 years experience as Strategy Consultants.

Good experience in consulting with very extensive experience of any of the following, but not specific :

- Supply chain consulting.

- Outsourcing (OAS).

- Shared service Centre (SSC).

- Financial services (Banking)

- General Management.

- Business Transformation

- Financial Modeling or from Investment Banking background.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills (written, verbal & presentation).

- Creative in thinking innovative ideas/approaches.

- Open to learn new tools and technologies as per the project requirement.

- Interactive with team members and confident during client meetings, under the guidance of senior members of the project.

- Initiative & drive.

- Be deadline-oriented and quality-focused

Note :

- Candidate should have 3-6 years+ of relevant consulting experience

- Qualified M.Tech / MBA Post graduates from Premier Institutes only ( Tier 1 only)
