Senior Consultant/Senior Associate - Enterprise Strategy & Value-ESV
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector across the following areas:
- Organization Strategy: Intimate knowledge of and/or success in an organization transformation role within professional services or corporation, helping companies focus on their organization model and its integration with organizational people transition programs and broad transformation initiatives such as restructuring, new operating model, mergers and acquisition
- Growth Strategy: Current State Assessment, Future State Roadmap, Inside-Out & Outside-In Analysis, Gap Identification and Alternatives Assessment, Business Case Development, Value Proposition Development, Product-Led Growth Strategy
- Go-to-market Strategy: Market Sizing (TAM Estimation), Market Assessment, Industry & Competitor Benchmarking and Assessment, Market Entry Strategy, Location Assessment, Channel Strategy, Pricing Strategy
- Capability Driven Strategy: Ways to Play, Products & Services Fit, Innovation Strategy
- Digital Transformation: Experience in digital strategy and business transformation initiatives across an organization, including driving data & analytics strategy, developing reimagined process flows, designing customer journeys, building automation business case, project management, current state diagnostics, future state design, roadmap design, and change management
- MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School
- Past experience in management/ strategy consulting domain and exposure to the multinational environment
Candidates with experience and knowledge in one or multiple industries including:
- Financial services preferably insurance, banking and capital markets and asset wealth markets
- Pharma & Life Sciences
- Industrial Product Services
- Technology Media & Telecommunications
- Consumer markets including familiarity with end to end sector specific taxonomy are preferred
