Senior Consultant/Section Manager - TLM Reconciliation - BFSI

Looking for candidates having min 5 yrs of exp in TML recon (not a developer)

Candidate should have exp only in investment banking or investment banking clients(Mandatory )

This requirement is for Global Reconciliations Recs Process operations team.

Daily responsibilities will be project management in nature. High level of business understanding of securities markets, Reconciliations and related systems will be definitely preferred. The candidate should have good documentation and project management knowledge and should be able to work through multiple or at times conflicting priorities with an eye for detail.

The candidate would be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects which may range from system changes, global market changes or BAU related projects impacting or initiated by TLM Reconciliations.

Should be well versed with project management techniques and possess effective communication and presentation skills.

Should have prior knowledge of TLM Recs or TLM Recs Premium implementations.

In addition to this, innovative thought process to provide tactical as well as strategic solutions to business teams is expected.

Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills

- Eye for detail with the ability to work through multiple priorities and demands

- Prior experience in TLM Recs or TLM Recs Premium.

- Sufficient knowledge of Asset and Cash reconciliation end to end activities including systems used

- Has a good understanding of NT Custody & IOO business

- Understands and can comprehend the risks associated and apply it within the in-scope projects

- Independent worker that does not require a lot of handholding - some of them will have to step up and own waves of implementation once they are trained so it's absolutely essential that they are comfortable doing that

Shift timing will be EMEA (Afternoon)

Location will be Bangalore.

Salary offered: 10 - 16 LPA
