- As an Associate Consultant/Consultant one would be key & pivotal member of the team shouldering execution of deal pipeline and client relation responsibilities. The individual is expected to generate new clients as well, apart from mentoring research team.
Key attributes of the role would be as below:
ASSIGNMENT EXECUTION :
- Accountable & Responsible for effective delivery of pipeline.
- Manage delivery time & quality.
- Follow & ensure Venator's process & effectively implement within the team.
- Guide & Manage Researchers on delivery.
- Seamless client interface on delivery aspects.
- Ensure % conversion to build credibility & reputation.
- Expected to nurture senior level candidatures.
- Participate in all negotiations with a 'deal closing' attitude.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP :
- To develop & acquire new clients and originate business.
- Ensure quality of clients, deal, deal size and percentage signup.
- Effectively maintain relations with existing clients for continuous flow of business.
- Troubleshoot client relationship issues, if need be.
