Senior Consultant - SAP BRIM - IT

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior SAP BRIM Specialist with a proven track record in implementing and configuring SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solutions. The ideal candidate shal have extensive hands-on experience in real-world SAP BRIM projects and possess deep knowledge of various BRIM processes, including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Billing, Customer Financial Management, Customer Order Management, Mediation by Digital Route, Rating and Charging, Invoicing and Billing, Revenue Recognition, Payments and Collections, Financial Reporting and Analytics, and Order Fulfillment. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of integrating SAP BRIM with other SAP components and with non-SAP tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert guidance and leadership in BRIM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.

2. Analyze business requirements, design end-to-end BRIM solutions, and recommend best practices to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and integration specialists, to define and implement BRIM strategies aligned with business objectives.

4. Conduct workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, and translate them into system designs and configuration specifications.

5. Configure, customize, and enhance BRIM applications, including SAP BRIM modules such as Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).

6. Perform system testing, defect resolution, and support UAT activities to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented BRIM solutions.

7. Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of BRIM functionalities.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends, industry standards, and regulatory changes in the BRIM domain, and proactively propose enhancements or optimizations to existing systems and processes.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications in BRIM and SAP modules will be a plus.

2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in BRIM implementation projects, with a strong understanding of end-to-end billing and revenue management processes.

3. Extensive knowledge of SAP BRIM modules, including Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).

4. Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration of BRIM solutions, with a solid understanding of technical aspects and integration points.

5. Proven experience working independently and effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations, delivering results within tight deadlines.

6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management.

9. A proactive problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, capable of quickly grasping complex business scenarios and providing innovative solutions.

10. Flexibility with working hours and availability to handle critical project situations and meet project deliverables.
