- Applicant with an Analytical & Research background, preferably with a strong academic base of IIT / NIT / PHD

- Have past experience submitting research papers, thesis and Analysis reports

- Incline towards Research work, Analytics, Thesis

- Candidates with Bachelors / Masters Degree who have Completed education overseas with established universities will be Highly preferred as well.

- Strong presentation and language (writing) skills and be able to work independently

- Working with project team members closely to complete tasks within project budget and time requirements

- Contribute to the development, growth and management of a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to more junior consultants
