Avance is hiring Associate Consultant/ Consultant/ Senior Consultant, for its Executive Search Business line.

The role is based out of Hyderabad

- The primary objective of the role is to lead a team of seasoned professionals towards seamless delivery of client and candidate expectations, for C-Suits & Senior Management mandates for global clients in IT/ITES and/or Non IT sectors.

- Responsible for Client Engagement and Consulting along-with end-to-end handling of executive search mandates.

- Design and Implement Search Strategy for managing a portfolio of leadership searches for C-Suite positions for technology practice.

- Develop relationships with, influence, and manage clients and candidates independently.

- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.

- Extensive high- level interaction with candidates.

- Innovate and solve complex business hiring problems.
