Incumbent should have recruitment background and preference is to have experience in hiring across the below domains:

1. Listed Equities

2. Investment Banking

3. Private Equity and Venture Capital

Responsibilities:

- This role will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine staffing needs, interviewing, and recruiting.

- Work streams include, scoping, planning, and delivery of one or more areas.

- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of various positions at multiple organization levels and locations

- Would involve understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling through -Research, Headhunting, Mapping, Screening and Evaluation.

- Strategic - Mapping engagement

- Research on Mid/Senior level engagements

- Assisting in preparation of presentations, organization structures and industry reports.

- Shortlisting and sourcing right candidates.

- Handle execution for certain Mid-level engagements independently

- Execution support on Mid/Senior level engagements

- Would entail managing and updating databases

- Support in Business Development
