In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to develop and implement impactful analytical solutions. You will take the lead in project execution, ensuring seamless delivery while maximizing business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to identify business challenges that can be addressed using AI and advanced analytics.

- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical problem statements.

- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Evaluate and articulate the business impact of analytical solutions.

- Play a hybrid role that includes hands-on data analysis, client engagement, and project leadership.

- Support team development by mentoring, sharing best practices, and driving innovative analytics approaches.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end analytical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data patterns to drive actionable insights.

- Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SQL, or SAS for data analysis.

- Strong program management skills, including project planning, release coordination, and issue management.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to different business environments.

- Experience in Pricing Analytics for sectors such as Retail, QSR, or CPG is a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
