RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individuals responsibilities play a crucial role in a company's growth & success, core responsibilities include End to end Recruitment
1. Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
2. Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs
3. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
4. Create a candidate persona for each open position
5. Conduct interviews for suitable candidates
6. Present shortlisted candidates & detailed candidate profile summaries
7. Build long-term client relationships
8. Research and develop recruiting lea
REQUIREMENT:
1. Excellent Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
2. Focused and target driven individual
3. 3 -8 years of experience in the permanent hiring space and at least 1- 2 years within the Manufacturing domain/ sector/ clients.
4. Prior experience in hiring leadership roles will be regarded as a preference
5. Attention to detail, consistency & particular.
6. Problem Solving Skills
