Senior Consultant (8-15 years)
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will assume a leadership role in shaping and delivering transformative change initiatives for our clients. Leveraging your extensive experience, strategic thinking, and change management expertise, you will lead project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of change strategies. Your role will involve mentoring consultants, contributing to thought leadership, and advancing innovative approaches to change management.
Responsibilities
Strategic Change Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients and project teams on navigating complex organizational transformations and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for IT/Data leadership, workstream leads, and project team members.
- Lead development and maintenance of stakeholder engagement and management activities, including introducing frameworks to key leaders and executing engagement plans through each project phase.
Project Management and Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage project teams, overseeing the execution of change initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development in change management.
- Lead development of IT/Data onboarding of Regional SPOCs, collaborating with IT/Data PMO leads to establish contact, develop profiles, initiate onboarding processes, and develop engagement plans.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Develop sophisticated communication plans that effectively convey change objectives, benefits, and impacts to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, facilitating dialogues, and addressing concerns to build consensus and drive change adoption.
- Lead development of McKinsey Transformation Change Support, analyzing sprint readouts from an OCM perspective, preparing reports, and defining next steps.
Change Measurement and Analytics:
- Develop advanced change measurement frameworks and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, evaluate change impact, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead development and execution of comprehensive project plans for the collection and validation of project-wide Change Impact Collection.
- Lead development and maintenance of OCM metrics and scorecards, consulting with OCM Lead to define metrics, developing methodology for data collection and analysis, and preparing OCM scorecards for reporting data.
Resistance Management and Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential areas of resistance to change and design mitigation strategies to overcome challenges.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to navigate roadblocks and ensure successful change implementation.
- Support development of Change Network activities through each phase of the project.
Innovative Change Strategies:
- Introduce innovative change methodologies, technology-driven solutions, and forward-thinking practices to enhance change management effectiveness.
- Drive the integration of digital tools, AI-driven insights, and immersive experiences to enhance employee engagement and adoption.
