Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Market Mix Modeling Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing market mix models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
Role & Responsibilities Overview:
- Develop and maintain market mix models.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, define objectives, and develop actionable insights to drive marketing strategy and investment decisions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and model validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT professionals to leverage advanced analytics techniques and technologies for model development and automation.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and compelling manner, with a focus on driving business impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in market mix modeling and marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
- 4.5+ years of experience in market mix modeling, econometric analysis, or marketing analytics, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages is a plus.
