Role - Senior Consultant/ Consultant Manager

Location - Mumbai/ Gurgaon

Years of Experience - Senior consultant - 4-6 Years

Consultant Manager - 6-9 Years

Year of Passing (Batch) - 2015/2016/2017/2018/2019/2020 - Tier 1 MBA HR College in India; 2015/2016/2017/2018 or international college - Tier 2 MBA HR College in India or International College

Role Type - Core Client Facing

Work Mode - In Office

Travel Involved - Yes

Experience across - Rewards Design, Incentive Design, Compensation Benchmarking, Job evaluation, Performance Management Design, Competency Framework Design, Sales Incentive design, Organization Design, OE projects.

Role Responsibilities:

- You begin with us as somebody who can pull deep insights from our data, create compelling presentations, and tell our clients stories they cannot forget. We expect to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also in your understanding of how client organization functions.

- You will be a part of a highly energized team in consulting and depending on the projects you will wear different hats ranging from performing complex analytics, wowing our clients, managing small projects to bringing in sales.

- Client/Relationship Management: Fosters long-term mutually beneficial relationships between client organizations. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Can fulfill client requests on time and coordinate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems.

- Project Delivery: Works on projects of Mid to Large complexity as a team member. Focuses on delivering client value on time with zero rework. Strives to exceed client expectations in terms of quality of output.

- Project Management: Manages projects of small to mid-complexity. Coordinates with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensures project is delivered on time.

- Thought Leadership: To contribute to thought leadership in the industry sector for India with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, and client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events, and other such activities.

- Business Development: Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, can explain to the client the solutions being proposed, and customizes basic feedback. Listens to client problems without trying to force fit solutions.

- Pre-Sales Support and Solution Design: Supports building winning commercial proposals for clients. Plays the role of a team member in building out complex advisory solutions as part of the sales cycle. Ensures the client's problem statement is effectively translated into a working solution. Tailors existing solutions to meet client requirements and where required, co-builds new solutions to meet client requirements where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- You bring a strong analytical ability but a 'people-focused' approach as well as the ability to see things from an end-user perspective. You will also have:

- A strong passion for translating people data into meaningful insights that can 'tell a story',

- Intermediate to Advanced skillset with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

- Commitment to ongoing learning.
