Job Description:

This position within the organization is focused on enhancing overall data analysis, HR metrics, and executive dashboard reporting to provide greater insight and business intelligence surrounding company's workforce analytics. This individual will organize HR data and aggregate relevant business information in order to analyze interdependencies and provide business intelligence (information) to key decision makers. Visualization techniques will be used to provide executive dashboards to key stakeholders that can be readily interpreted and easily understood. Over time, additional statistical information will be leveraged to move toward providing predictive analytics.

You will leverage various business information tools and must have a working knowledge of HR systems and advanced reporting environments.

Variety of Reports and Analytics in HR with special focus on hiring.

Design and develop dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and trend reports for human resource associates and the HR leadership team.

Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights.

Analysis and reporting of headcount activity on an ongoing bases - hiring/ attrition trends and headcount forecasting

Analysis in support of key HR initiatives including Diversity, Talent Management, Internal Mobility, Employee Relations and Compensation

Excellent knowledge in statistics

Experience in predictive modelling and forecasting techniques

SQL Database/Coding and R programming

Experience of working on MS Access
