Senior Consultant/Manager - Financial Modelling - Public Private Partnership - Big4

Responsibilities:

- Lead in formulating strategies and operational programs for public sector development and PPP promotion in Health Infrastructure.

- Department, and in consultation with relevant government agencies.

- Participate in the preparation of Private Partnership Strategy (PPPs) and annual business plans and economic, thematic and sector work undertaken by sector divisions.

- Liaise with SPOCs in the preparation of private sector assessments for PPPs, and for identification of common work initiatives.

- Project appraisal, Project budgeting and preparation of Agreements - Responsible for Bid Process Management and preparation of Technical and Financial proposals in response to Govt. RFPs/ Tenders

- Conduct policy dialogue with Governments, development partners, the private sector, and other stakeholders to identify and address challenges to scaling up private sector development and PPPs in Health Infrastructure domain.

- PPP Transaction Advisory providing Review and Complete Assessment of Assets, preparing Financial Models and Technical Feasibility Reports, assessing project viability and PPP structuring options, Identification of project risks and allocation
