Senior Consultant/Manager - Automotive Industry Consulting Division

1. Consulting Engagement Execution (70%) : Lead end to end execution of Strategy Consulting Projects which includes

- Identify key client issues and create hypothesis for execution

- Define & structure the main story line of the project independently and/or together with client

- Lead and motivate the team members by highlighting the Issue and Solution Approach of the project

- Take complete ownership & responsibility for high quality client deliverable

- Manage direct client communications and changing expectations of the client

- Manage the project scope, timeline and cost to enhance profitability

2. Sales Proposal & Pitch (30%) : Generating leads, Preparing pitch documents/proposals and leading them to conversion
