Senior Consultant/Manager

Competencies :

This is a client facing role- we are looking for candidates with superior client management skills and a hunger and desire to be able to deliver the same. Even if you have not done this in the past but are keen on looking at it - do apply.

If you are working in back-end operations but are keen on looking at building client-oriented work, we will like to work with you.

The skills we are looking for are:

- Problem solving, structuring skills

- Communication- verbal and written

- Ability to make documents i.e. slides on power point

- Data interpretation and insight generation skills

You will be deployed across multiple clients - we are not looking for any specialization, but general management skills. The current set of requirements are in areas of:

1. New business development/growth strategy

2. Transformations - Digital

3. Process transformations - organization, functional

4. Running project management offices and war rooms

We work with the top leadership across organizations and are carry forward the mandate from the top leadership, hence integrity, confidentiality are key attributes we look for.

Competencies we are looking for are:

- Identifying client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, gap analysis, proposal writing, Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

- Analyzing and identifying enablers for achieving the desired business operations for the client. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

- Ability to project manage- as a general manager- across multiple domains - i.e. cost optimization, growth strategy, organization excellence, digital transformation, process transformation et al.

- Ability to lead small to medium value engagements or components of large, complex engagements.

- Participate in client meetings for active collaboration and delivery of services. Be proactive and demonstrate assertiveness in communicating with a client, exhibit excellent communication skills.

- Willing to travel and work on site with the clients, working in project teams at client locations

Desired attributes :

- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed. Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills, Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills and prioritization skills. Powerpoint, excel skills will be key.

Qualification :

- MBA, Engineering Degree
