Senior Consultant - Luxury Real Estate

Salary Range: 8 - 9 LPA

Hiring For Luxury Real Estate Sector for Team Management Role in Thane.

Mission :

- Create success stories from leads.

- Success story is defined as a customer who purchases a property and rates his experience with Royalti as 'awesome'.

Job Descriptions :

- Carryout market research by visiting builders, brokers, societies to build local real estate development and market knowledge

- Call the leads generated by the marketing team, discuss and engage with the customer and get customer appointments for site visits

- In the face to face meeting, understand customer requirements accurately, solve his doubts, educate him so that he can take a property buying decision

- Show the customer relevant properties from the available inventory based on the discussion.

- Help customer in closing the shortlisted flat

- Guide the customer throughout the process and help him in finalizing the flat

- Coordinate with the legal team to carryout the documentation of the flat

- Coordinate with the billing team to get the payment collected

Experience : 1 to 4 Years

- Must bring in selling skills with himself

- Must have at least 1 Year of Sales Experience

- Having been one of the top performers in sales in the previous job

- The performance must have been a result sales persons effort & not because of product or market

- Selling ethically, should be selling with customers end goal in mind

- Real Estate experience will be added bonus but is not mandatory.

Other Expectations :

- We are looking for someone who has the potential to stay in our organization for a minimum of 2.5 years. This is because the learning curve for the real estate industry is at least 3 months and the average closure time for the deals can be anywhere between 2-6 months. Therefore an investment on the candidate for over 6 months then yields results over the next 2 years. Stability is a very important criteria for us.
