Senior Consultant - Insurance Analytics - BPO

Reporting & Analytics is one of the fastest growing practices across BPO Industry. As part of this Practice, we are looking for Senior Consultants to work alongside clients- various business functions in Insurance (including outsourced operations) and play a critical role in analyzing data, building models and identifying opportunities to improve clients- business metrics.

The role holder should have good experience (either in Life & Annuity or Property & Casualty Insurance):

- Customer Acquisition & Proposal Submission ie Channel effectiveness Analysis

- Underwriting analysis, Risk scoring, Pricing & premium analysis, Catastrophe modeling / analysis, Loss Forecasting, Solvency analysis, Portfolio profitability analysis etc

- Product profitability analysis, Claims history / satisfaction analysis, Claims Severity analysis, Litigation propensity modeling, Outlier / fraudulent claims modeling, Subrogation Detection

- Customer Lifetime modeling, Customer retention analysis, attrition analysis

Job Description :

- Develop analysis to understand performance: Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis like (raw) data analysis, statistical modelling, data deep-dives etc. to acquire insights from data

- Translates insights into an analysis report and communicates the insights back to the requestor.

- Develop paid PoCs (Proof of Concepts) working with client stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems.

Should Have :

- Experience in analytics building statistic models using SAS, R, and Minimum 5 yrs of Model building experience.

- Expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques like Decision Trees, CART, SEM, Forecasting techniques and tools like regression, correlation, etc.

- Ability to analyze data & interpret results
