Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and insightful HR Consultant to join our pioneering platform that is revolutionizing the HR consulting industry-essentially creating the "Uber of HR Consulting.
- This unique opportunity allows you to focus on building and nurturing your own client relationships, managing projects, and overseeing collections and invoicing, while leveraging our cutting-edge AI Ops solutions.
- As an HR Consultant Partner, you will be responsible for acquiring your own clients (we can provide leads to support your efforts).
- You can either sell our AI-enabled HR solutions directly to your clients or collaborate with us by sharing client data for advanced analysis, allowing you to concentrate on relationship management and strategic consulting.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR consulting, preferably with experience at firms such as BBM, Big 4, AON, Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Development:
- Proactively acquire and manage your own client base, leveraging our lead generation support.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing partnerships.
Strategic HR Consulting:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with client business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Provide expert advice on talent management and succession planning to ensure clients have a robust talent pipeline.
- Analyze financial data to offer insights and recommendations that optimize HR investments and drive cost efficiency.
Leverage AI Ops Solutions:
- Promote and sell our AI-enabled HR solutions to clients or collaborate by providing client data for AI-driven analysis.
- Utilize our AI tools to streamline HR processes, automate job matching, candidate sourcing, and evaluation.
Project Management:
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Design and streamline HR processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentoring and Capacity Building:
- Mentor and guide client HR teams to build capacity and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client HR capabilities and knowledge.
Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Conduct comprehensive HR audits to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
Financial Management:
- Manage collections and invoicing efficiently, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
Head Count: 4 positions available.
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
- Familiarity with AI, HR Tech systems, and data analytics tools.
