Position : HR Transformation/HR Strategy Role
- 6-8 yrs in HR transformation projects
Role & Responsibilities :
- Involved in HR Transformation projects and provide suggestions wherever required.
- Will be handling client directly and helping them in providing suggestions for Improvements in HR Processes.
- Responsible for a successful end to end delivery and management of large scale global projects.
- Work in teams to support consulting projects relating to people and functions development, change management, organization development, general administrational HR processes, and HR systems integration.
- Lead and evaluate business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful HR recommendations and solutions.
- Project management experience in organizational change, company integrations, HR systems implementation, or similar scale projects
- Stakeholder management, Process design and benchmarking, PMO, change management, payroll transitioning, manpower planning, performance management,
- Identified and highlighted automation opportunities and Key customer moments across -activities in HR Processes
