A dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant HR Digital Transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR processes, digital transformation.
Key Deliverables:
- Lead HR Transformation projects for leading clients
- Guide and mentor the team , project scoping, planning and execution
- Managing within key parameters of cost , quality and performance
Qualification:
- MBA degree in HR, or related field from a premium college,
- 10+ years in HR digital transformation, preferably with top-tier consulting firms.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale HR digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, digital technologies, and change management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale HR digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology platforms and data analytics tools.
