Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and maintaining a strong repository of data with all relevant information for repeatable use in meeting pre-sales requirements.
- Providing timely responses to RFI/RFP ensuring a high standard of the response reflecting Industry knowledge and the requirements of the client.
- Capability to Identify and Link the Win-Themes of the Proposal to the current requirements of the client
- Providing sales support through case studies, campaign material, accurate targeting of the recipients
- Maintaining up-to-date Company information as per data required by prospects/clients,
- Open formal and informal channels of communications with Sales for understanding global trends and businesses
- Providing all client specific data as per requirements.
- Providing solution / direction for identified show stoppers/ red flags during the solution designing stage
- Ability to work on multiple opportunities across geographies simultaneously with the team.
Profile Expected :
- 10 Yrs + Experience in the Outsourcing, Offshoring Market, with at least around 10 years of US Payer Industry and Medical Devices Industry experience in equal measures.
- Understanding of the Health Insurance and Medical Devices operations and processes
- As an SME, the candidate must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in project involving payer and medical device domain.
- Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the Health Insurance and Medical Devices Post Market and Business Administration needs like Order Management and PMS
- Good experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers
- Hands on experience in Requirement Gathering, Documenting functional specifications, Use Case Development, Value Stream Mapping and Process Analysis
- Should be flexible to work with Offshore and Onsite Sales and Solutions Teams
- Industry specific qualifications like PAHM, FAHM, AHIP-related-Certifications desirable

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of the industry and processes.
- Regular updated information on the latest trends in the industry and the market in general
- Good analytical skills
- Good In, Interpersonal Skills and decision making ability.
Educational / Professional Qualifications (Essential/Desired) :
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. 12 - 15 years of experience.
