- Lead government projects related to tourism planning and development.

- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and policy analysis.

- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and recommendations.

- Mentor junior team members and drive project success.

Key Requirements:

- BE/BTech or MBA/Master's degree in Policy, Planning, or equivalent.

- 9-13 years of extensive experience in working with government clients, with a strong focus on tourism sector projects.

- Proven ability to conduct research, feasibility studies, and policy analysis. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and motivate junior team members.
