Senior Consultant - Finance Transformation

- As a Senior Consultant in our Finance Transformation practice, you will play a critical role in partnering with CFOs, COOs, and key executives to drive transformative change within their finance functions.

- You will lead end-to-end finance strategy and operations transformation projects, focusing on enhancing enterprise performance management, implementing ERP solutions, and leveraging advanced technologies for process optimization.

- You will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions, managing client engagements, and driving change within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finance Strategy and Operations Transformation: Lead end-to-end finance strategy and operations transformation projects, including assessment, design, and implementation.

- Identify and analyze client business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

- Provide expert advice on best practices in finance processes and technology.

- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM): Drive EPM initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

- Develop and implement robust financial planning and analysis models.

- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for performance monitoring.

- ERP Implementation and Automation: Lead or support the implementation of ERP solutions (e. , SAP, Oracle) and other finance technologies (e. , Anaplan, Celonis).

- Drive automation initiatives to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.

- Optimize finance processes using technology and best practices.
