Senior Consultant - Executive Search/Leadership Hiring - HR Consulting Firm

Job Description :

- Manage end to end search assignment aligned to client's business & people strategy.

- Grow business through consultative selling with a focus on delivery value and customer experience.

- Ensuring strong client engagement and building rapport with senior and C-level executives within the client to establish strong, long-term business relationships built on trust and confidence.

- Represent Longhouse as domain expert to clients and candidates, adding value through the industry knowledge and experience.

- Build and maintain thorough working knowledge of Longhouse service offerings and associated pricing structures, contract management parameters, policies and procedures.

- Display out of box thinking and decision making skills to analyze the market, execute on plans and interface with client organizations.

- Provide career coaching to help Executive leaders find their next role and offer expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends and salary levels.
