About this role:

Our Senior Executive Search Consultant plays an absolutely pivotal role in our success story at Leadership R Us. Working in partnership with the Client you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great Senior Level talent for our Client's organization. Job Responsibilities :

1. Source, Screen and Match candidates to defined Senior Executive profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned clients.

2. Develop a thorough understanding of the Senior Executive Level profiles search for which you would be assigned the task of forming and maintaining a relationship with key stakeholders.

3. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies like generation of profiles through Portals, Headhunting, Referencing, Mapping, Ad Response, Social and Professional Networking..

4. Work efficiently on a recruitment database for sourcing and tracking of candidates.

5. Short-listing and identifying the prospective candidates with required characteristics and briefing them on client requirements.

6. Coordinating and conducting final interviews, Review employment applications and background check reports.

7. Salary negotiation, Placement of candidates and Client relationship management.

Job Requirements

1. Four - Seven years of relevant experience in an Executive Search role

2. Have the grit, determination and a focus on delivering results

3. An excellent manager of relationships and someone with the ability to influence without authority.

4. A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies.

5. Able to work independently, remotely with minimal supervision without compromising on the assigned productivity metrics.

6. Should be innovative and challenge status quo.

7. Should be open to get trained on newer techniques and processes of Executive Search.

8. This is a purely Performance-based role of a flat xx% share of the client payment.

- This role will suit someone who would like to strive for a work/life balance, working remotely from home with a laptop & phone connection.
