Senior Consultant/Engagement Manager - Strategy Consultations - 2015/2016 batches only

Mumbai based global management consulting firm is looking for a senior consultant OR Engagement Manager

Strict requirements :

- MBA from Tier 1 college (Eligible batches 2015 / 2016 only)

- 4-5 years experience in the consultation industry (preferred companies: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, ATKearney, Accenture strategy, Big 4).

- Candidates with General Management / Program management can also apply

- Can join immediately (initially work will be remote, post unlocking - that person needs to work from Delhi NCR / Mumbai region.)

Skill set :

1. Must have ability to handle a team of 2-3 Business Analysts/ junior consultants

2. Client interactions

3. Good analytical skills

4. Good at Microsoft Excel + PowerPoint.

Responsibilities :

- Board level presentations & client dealing

- Program management

- Management consultation

- Utilize data analytics skills for trends, predictions, and modelling.

- Identify areas of improvement and new solutions to deliver consistently and cost-effective outcome.

- Effectively using systems and technology required for the process improvements/optimization/ new process developments
