Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation/Technology Transformation - Finance

Role - Senior Consultant ( Digital Transformation / Technology Transformation - Finance)

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities-

- Experience in transformation of Finance functions

- Understanding of how business and finance function, both at strategic and operational level; how finance could evolve into a more business-partnering and value-added role in an organization.

- Knowledge of current trends and transformational agenda being pursued by finance organizations in the areas of Finance Operating Model, Shared Services & Finance Process Transformation, etc.

- Experience in partnering with C Suite and executives on finance and cross-functional initiatives

- Working knowledge in enabling technologies in finance function

- Exposure to digital finance tools for Data Analytics: Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting; Performance Reporting; Shared Services enabling technologies for document management, workflow management and service delivery would be an added advantage

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high impact change initiatives

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and/or responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to project management & client management

- Experience in a consulting firm is preferable

Educational Qualification & Experience : -

- Chartered Accountant OR MBA from a Tier 1 B School with 4 to 6 yrs of experience into transformation of Finance functions.
