- Manage and deliver business and securities valuations including intangible valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, purchase price allocations, impairment tests, fairness opinion, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, disputes, financial instrument valuations, corporate services and management planning purposes
- Prepare and present proposals and pitching documents, design the scope of work for engagements, oversee day-to-day activities, assume responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables, and effectively manage risk associated with engagements
- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, providing timely and effective performance feedback and training
- Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other practices to build cross-functional relationships
- Manage project financials, including budget, WIPS, timely billing and collection
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business from an accredited college/university
- Professional qualification - MBA in Finance, CFA, CA, ACCA, CVA, CPA or equivalent is preferred
