Location : Delhi

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM/ Post Graduate / Graduate

Experience : 2 - 6 Years of recruitment experience with a corporate or consulting company

Key Skills : Good Communication; Strong Ability to map & refer ; Build relationships; Focused and Goal Driven

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyzing and understanding the different requirements of the clients and accordingly Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of suitable profiles.

- Sourcing the profiles through the job sites, referrals, and internal database based upon the skill sets.

- Conducting initial phase of screening & assessing fitment based on traits like Functional Knowledge, Verbal Communication and Behavioral Assessment.

- Convert candidates for hard to fill mandates .

- Maintaining Database for the resumes received, to ensure smooth operations.

- Responsible for handling recruitment of mid and senior level profiles

- Continuous follow-up with the candidates till joining

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
