Senior Consultant/Consultant- Management Consulting - Oil & Gas Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

- Position for Dubai for MBA having 1-2 years experience.-

- Only MBA from Top Tier 1 College or any Oil and Petroleum Institute preferred-.

About Organization- : Top Tier 1 Consultancy Firm having branches in so many countries serving Fortune500 clients.

Role- : Senior Consultant/Consultant- Management Consulting

Location- : Dubai.

Reporting to- : Director

Role Requirement- :

1) Research, compile and analyse information

2) Create reports and presentations on Strategy, Feasibility Study and Risk Advisory projects

3) Support team in project execution, problem-solving and developing recommendations

4) Prepare proposals under guidance of senior team members

5) Assist with basic project management activities

Desired Profile- :

1) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

4) Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, and work well under pressure and independently

5) Capacity to develop leadership skills

6) Demonstrates creative thinking, initiative and rigorous analysis in solving business problems

7) Able to maintain a professional demeanour in times of high stress and balance and prioritize multiple tasks

8) Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.

- Salary- : 10k/11k AED per month.

- Ideal candidate should have an MBA degree from top tier college and Management Consulting experience-
