Senior Consultant/Consultant - Legal - Regulatory Compliance

Our Client is looking to significantly strengthen their capabilities in the area of Regulatory compliances and services offered to international clients wishing to do business in India. 

- This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to support the team by independently dealing with routine legal advisory and transactional advisory on employment front, corporate front and other relevant legislation grow the practice and develop in an international environment.

- The ideal person should come with 3-5 years of experience focusing on Employment Laws / Labour Laws

- Ability to draft complex legal opinions, conduct research independently and create client proposals

- Ability to cover following areas: Litigation, Commercial Contracts, Labour Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate etc

- Should come from consulting and not from a corporate setup

- Should have handled and worked with international clients
