This position is based in our office in Gurgaon. This role does not offer work from home.
Overall Responsibilities
- Accountable/Outcome orientation: Independently responsible for search on leadership mandates. Drives search strategy on relevant industry, market, organizations to find the best talent pool for our clients
- Communication/Presentation: Develop talent maps, industry/company white papers, Deliver findings via presentations to internal and external stakeholders; Presents to leadership of global and Indian companies
- Search: Build a strong candidate pipeline for leadership (Partner/Sr. Partner) searches
- Agility: Fulfils time-sensitive projects and exceeds customer expectation
- Learning: Must be intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop generalist knowledge.

Who you are:
- An early to mid-management executive with 5-10 years of experience in research, executive search, B2B sales, advisory, or in any related field
- Worked in business services domain. You should have project management and client engagement experience.
- Intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop "generalist" knowledge
- Possess outstanding (English) communications skills, including writing, and oral communication. Strong on Business Communication
- Bring excellent capabilities in the use of spreadsheet, presentations and document tools
- A Bachelor's in management, economics or sciences. A Masters would be preferred
