Role Overview:
Company's benchmarking practice provides data-based market insights to technology buyers and providers as they navigate the rapidly changing digital landscape. We develop detailed benchmarking reports, customized per our client's requirements, that provides them detailed assessment their commercials and KPIs based on comparison with best-in-class / industry peers.
- This client-facing role includes elements of consulting, data analysis, knowledge management and project delivery.
- The role would require awareness about BPO service/Global Business Services amidst a technology-led rejuvenation across industry verticals (like Healthcare, BFSI etc.). With automation and AI redefining the entire industry rapidly, we are expanding our coverage in the Business Process Transformation space significantly.
Responsibilities:
Work with firm clients to:
- Define requirements for Business Process Transformation
- Guide the client teams throughout data collection process.
- Select relevant KPIs/KRIs for assessing client's operations.
- Perform analysis of business process data on cost and operations.
- Assess client's current business operations, and provide benchmarking analysis compared to industry peers / operationally comparable organizations.
- Develop business case to support business process transformation.
- Develop firm's benchmarking capabilities in BPO/GBS space by performing following activities:
- Institutionalize benchmarking data from various internal and external data sources by augmenting in-house database.
- Refine data collection process for benchmarking data.
- Mentor a team of analysts supporting client projects and internal knowledge management initiatives.
- Exceptional project management while leading a lean and diversified team.
- Contribution to the overall strategic direction of the research practice
- Engage with senior leadership teams and CXOs of Client organizations seeking sourcing and benchmarking expertise for their Business Process / operations
- Engage with industry ecosystem comprising of Business Process Outsourcing service providers, technology and platform firms, research consumers and others directly.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes. Experience levels from 4-12 years for different job roles)
- Deep involvement with solutioning, pre-sales, bid-management in the BPO space (across F&A outsourcing, Procurement outsourcing, Human Resources outsourcing, contact center outsourcing and other industry-specific business processes).
- Experience with working on RFI/RFQ/RFP documents will be an advantage.
- Exposure to various commercial modelling (Fixed Bid, T&M, Investments - Zero cost Bids [Skin in the game], Price per Unit Model, Licensing Model).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal (English)
- Strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines
- Exceptional quantitative and data interpretation skills
