Job Description - Based out of Mumbai/Bangalore, this is a Specialist Role in the Financial Services Analytics space. It involves the following broad concepts:

- Develop and execute project analysis as Project Lead or Manager

- Act as a subject matter specialist to identify and deploy appropriate statistical concepts

- Interact with and advise international teams (clients and internal) as a subject matter expert to derive insights from data and develop strategies based on business insights

- Build storylines and make presentations

- Significantly contribute to knowledge development and management

- Help Information & Analytics Practice make a bigger impact in Firm's overall positioning in the market

- Contribute in Firm development and Intellectual Property

The Successful Candidate - As the Successful Applicant, you will:

- Be Degree Qualified from a Top Tier Institute. Masters in Statistics/MBA/MPhil preferred

- Have 3-7 Years of relevant experience in Consulting and Analytics with a background in Financial Services

- Demonstrate strong Leadership and Team management skills, be Passionate about building teams

- Possess experience in engaging with international clients in an onsite-offshore environment

- Come with excellent academic and professional pedigree

- Be exposed to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etcetera

- Have good knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS/SPSS

- Demonstrate a record of contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, intellectual capital development, staffing, marketing and branding

- Have a flair for Sales and Business Development activities
