- Knowledge & hands on experience in financial reporting / accounting standards /auditing / risk assessments/ recent updates etc

- Tools and techniques essentials:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PPT)

Added advantage if :

- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.

- Excel VBA

- Alteryx

Job Role :

- Our national practice assists audit teams in performing audit-related data analytics and visualization as a part of statutory/internal audits, cover key areas such as:

- Understanding the business and the industry structure of the clients

- Identifying the business risks and audit risks, and testing controls identified by the management to mitigate these risks

- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

- To maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to clients requests, and develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

- Preparation of standalone financial statements, audit reports under relevant financial reporting frameworks.

- To ensure that all the business processes in a company are risk-management compliant.

- Responsible for managing the go-to-market strategy and process of a service or product launch. work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations.

Audit Analytics :

- Foundational analytics in areas such as Journal entry testing, Hire to Retire,

- Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire Order to Cash, Record to Report, Production and Inventory, Re-performance testing

- Sector specific analytics (Advanced/Custom analytics)

- Visualization and automated analytics model development for statutory audit enablement

- Assist the audit team to develop solutions to support the auditing

- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members

Soft skills :

- Excellent communication skills and strong people handling skills (Client facing role)

- Ability to work in a team and possibly lead a large team, comprising of varied skill-sets and people from different backgrounds

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously & Attention to detail

Academic Qualifications & Experience :

- CA (Big 4 experience) with 2+ year relevant experience in statutory/internal audit

- CA (other than Big 4 experience) with 3+ year relevant experience in statutory/internal audit
