Position: Sr.Consultant Associate (Sr. Manager level)

Desired Candidate Profile :

Our Client is looking for a Senior Consulting Associate who is a go-getter with high energy. The individual will join their client servicing team for a leading Automobile client in Gurgaon location. The individual should be self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Description :

This position leads the Public Relations activities on a major auto account. The individual will implement/execute regional clients/projects and is the leader for supporting network client activities in that location. In addition, the individual will assist the Market Leader, in developing and implementing strategic business initiatives of the Firm.

Requirements :

Ideal candidate would have to be :

Educational Qualification : Graduate in any stream or professional qualification in the field of public relations or marketing communication.

Skills :

- The individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. S/he should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders. S/he should be articulate, have attention to detail, good interpersonal skills.

- A business manager, s/he should be able to manage simple P&Ls while multi-tasking and working under pressure of deadlines.

Client Servicing :

- Lead client retention & growth for his/her SBU. Would be able to develop the strategy/annual/quarter plan for the client portfolio under control. Provide counsel to senior members of the client organisation.

- Well versed in developing professional relationships with journalists, analysts and key influencers in the location.

Internal : Must ensure adherence to the client service, business and employee processes of the firm. Ensuring an open, transparent and apolitical work environment

Minimum Requirements :

- 6 to 7.5 years of work experience in public relations or marketing communication in handling an automobile client in the past with last 2 years leading a team and driving the Public Relations strategy.
