We have a job opening with one of the leading fortune 10 clients for the position of Sr consultant - Change Management/ HR Transformation.
Your key responsibilities
- Contributing to global client projects as a part of a global distributed team and support leadership in developing / growing the practice
- Ensuring quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in areas such as change management for HR transformation, change management office, culture transformation etc.
- Ensuring effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Supporting development of thought leadership, collateral, change management tools & accelerators (change insights, change impact analysis & stakeholder analysis tools), methodologies to enhance change management and support initiatives within the practice
- Working across a dynamic and virtually distributed team and collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
- Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
- Mentoring and assisting in the professional development of junior staff members
Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas
- Preparing comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership
- Managing identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process
- Partnering with client sponsors/leadership to shape the change vision and case for change
- Defining the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms required to deliver the change initiatives
- Applying change tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
- Discovering stakeholders- challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs
- Helping clients in developing their change capability and setting up a change management office
- Co-creating solutions and conducting user review sessions, and running stakeholder agreement meetings
- Drive change management integration with impacted process areas
- Developing and deploying user adoption/training programs
- Working with the HR Transformation team to implement HR Systems such as Success Factors and Workday
- Working with the Talent and Leadership team to implement change management for organization restructuring, leadership change, culture transformation etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
- 3-9 years of work experience with technical competence in the areas mentioned above
- Work experience in change management, culture transformation, change management office as part of a global distributed team
- Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas
- Consulting experience is preferred
