Senior Compliance Lead - Financial Services

We are seeking for an experienced compliance professional with 15+ years of experience, specializing in oversight of Legal and Compliance programs along with good experience of managing compliance in the gift city.

Proven track record in managing compliance for global financial firms, with in-depth knowledge of financial products, private funds, and asset management. Experienced in collaborating with global teams across US and APAC, and adept at administering regulatory compliance for the India region.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Expert in developing and enforcing compliance policies aligned with regional laws.

- Skilled in managing regulatory communications, compliance reviews, and filings.

- Demonstrated leadership in regulatory projects, examinations, and team building.

- Proven ability to handle complex, time-sensitive priorities with a hands-on approach.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with attention to detail.

- Solutions-oriented with a passion for driving efficiency and process improvements.
